How do I register on paulmatrimony.com?

You can register at www.paulmatrimony.com either as a free member or as a Paid member.

  • Login to www.paulmatrimony.com and click on Register link
  • Enter the details asked, it having couple of pages.
  • Click on submit button.
  • After submission, your profile will be created and Matrimony ID is generated and given to you for future references and login purposes.
  • You can start using your profile as soon as you receive an email from www.paulmatrimony.com informing completion of the validation and activation process for your profile.

Why I should complete ‘about myself’ and expectations boxes?

‘About myself’ column will allow you to project your personality, your educational and family background, your likes and dislikes, your career and personal interests and above all your expectations about your future life partner.

Giving of correct self-description about you and right expectations about the future life partner will always receive more responses than uncompleted those profiles.

What I should not write in about myself and expectations boxes?

Write short descriptions and don’t make it lengthy. Never write any objectionable, vulgar or racist comment. Never write your contact address, phone numbers, email ID in the boxes.

How to upload the photos?

Login to paulmatrimony.com. Click on add profile link and upload your recent photographs in JPG or GIF file, but no larger than 10MB. You can upload upto 10 photographs to your profile. You can further choose to make the photograph public or protected or hidden.

Other ways to add photos are, Email your photo to photo@paulmatrimony.com indicating your Matrimony ID and Password. Remember to write in your Name, Matrimonial User ID and Password. We will upload it.

Post your photo to any of our offices with your Matrimony ID and Password. We will upload your photo to your profile free of cost.

Why should I attach my photograph?

A picture makes your profile truly come alive. The most viewed and popular profiles are the ones that have an attached photograph. So, we recommend you to upload your photo to further enhance your profile and increase your chances of finding your partner-quickly.

How to upload my Horoscope?

Login to paulmatrimony.com. Click on add profile link and add your Horoscope in JPG/GIF file.

Other ways to add horoscope are, Email your horoscope to horoscope@paulmatrimony.com indicating your Matrimony ID and Password. Remember to write in your Name, Matrimonial User ID and Password. We will upload it.

Post your horoscope to any of our offices with your Matrimony ID and Password. We will upload your horoscope to your profile free of cost.

What is the difference between a free and paid membership?

A Free Membership will allow you,

  • Post your profile free on paulmatrimony.com
  • You can add personal details, family and contact information
  • Upload and add photos to your profile
  • Upload and add horoscope to your profile
  • Search and view thousands of profiles without restrictions
  • To add preferences about the life partner you are looking for
  • Express your Interest and able to give response to the member who express their interest in you.

If you are a Paid member, in addition to the above, according to the choice of your paid scheme you will be able to,

  • To search and view the profiles
  • To view contact details of all the registered users (free/paid)
  • To get personalised follow-up services from paulmatrimony
  • To get horoscope matched profiles
  • To send Personal email, and call the other profiles directly where contact numbers are given.
  • To send personalized messages and SMS to other members

What information about me will be displayed and viewed by other members?

All your given information including contact details such as your telephone number and email ID will be available for the view of the paid members. Free members will be able to view only personal information and not the contact details.

Am I allowed to modify my registered profile? How I can do that?

You can change all the information except the Gender. The other details such as contact information, education and professional if modified by the user such changes will take effect only on validation by Paul Matrimony. The user have the option of modifying the details by sending an email or by making a personal visit to the office.

Is it possible for me to change the status of my profile?

Paul Matrimony either allows the profile stay in active condition or keeps it deactivated on request. Only active profiles will be made available for the view of the other members. We defend the privacy of our clients by arranging to protect certain fields in their profile from the view of other users to safeguard their personal interests.

How do I login to my account and use it?

You can login to your account by using the ID and password provided by us during your registration process. Please use them at the sign in or login places provided at our web site.

I forgot my Password. How do I retrieve it?

  • Visit paulmatrimony.com
  • Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the home page and enter your email ID used during registration and provide your Reg.No.
  • If you don’t remember your registration number mention it by clicking the check box and submit it.
  • We will immediately mail a new password to the email ID given by you during the registration.

How do I change my Password?

  • Visit www.paulmatrimony.com
  • Login using your "User ID" and "Password"
  • Click on "Change Password"
  • Enter your old password.
  • Enter your new password and confirm the same.
  • Click "Change Password"
  • Your new password will be immediately activated.
  • Use the new password when you login next time.

UWhat is Paid Membership?

Paul Matrimony allows any eligible member looking for matrimonial alliance to register at its website www.paulmatrimony.com FREE and view the other registered profiles. However, to view the contact details of such registered profiles a nominal service charge is collected. This service charge is known as Paid Membership.

How can I search my perfect partner? What are the search options available?

The search on paulmatrimony.com has been a user-friendly.

Types of search options are

Best Search enables you to search fast using parameters like Age, Marital Status, Religion, Caste, Location etc.

Professional Search allows you to search for matches based on the profession you prefer your partner to be from

Education Search By using this, you can search your preferred partner on the basis of education

Search by Caste This enables you to search your partner on the basis of caste.

Caste No bar allows you to search for matches based on the Caste No bar

Star Search By using this, you can search your preferred partner on the basis of Star

City Search allows you to find members in your own city, or in a city of your choice anywhere in the world.

Special Cases option allows you to search for physically/mentally challenged members.

Advanced Search The search has been made on several more parameters like Domain, Religion, education, height, religion, occupation and so on The detailed Search for thousands of aspiring Brides & Grooms.

Search by ID - The search can also be made on the basis of Matrimonial User ID

Can a brother/sister who registers for his/her brother/sister use the same matrimonial ID for his/her search?

A matrimony ID identifies each person uniquely and using of same ID will not bring the desired results. Please register separate profiles for you and your sibling.

How do I Send Express Your Interest someone?

If you are our Free or paid member, You can send Express your interest to other members go to their profile and click on Express your Interest link and click to continue. Now your message will be send to the profile member. You will wait for further response of Accept or Decline from this profile member.

What is Accept or Decline of Express Your Interest?

If you got Express Interest from other member that member is Interested in your profile. He/she is awaiting for your response so you should Accept or Decline his or her interest. If you are our Free or paid member, click to Express Interest Received tap and click Received. If your are interested in this profile click Accept. If you are not interested click Decline. Now your message will send to the profile member.

How can I Block other members SMS and Personalized mails?

If you are registered member, go to their profile and click on Block this profile link. Block SMS or personalized mail or and both messages. Now all messages are blocked from this member to you. If you want to view blocked members list click User Block Setting If you want to unblock the messages click Modify.

How do I delete my profile?

We hope that you are deleting the profile after achieving the purpose of registering it and successfully entered into a wedding life.

To delete your profile, login to paulmatrimony.com and proceed. Click Delete link. Now you can Delete your profile from paulmatrimony.com
